I know it sounds like I’m confessing a disease, but in the zoology world, crepuscular means active at twilight. After years of forced mid-afternoon running in high school, I can run when I want to. You’ll find me on the trails at sunrise and sunset.

I’m not alone. I spot far more birds and fuzzy critters and even the occasional dolphin at these times.

That’s why there’s a sunset on the top of my blog. And, in the spirit of zoology, here’s a snapshot from my trip to the zoo yesterday. Here’s a guy who’s not diurnal.
